SUMMARY: This ministry exists to fulfill the great commissioning to spread the gospel to the ends of the earth to lead people to Christ, through the power of the influence He's placed on our lives.
 

Music, preaching, and teaching are some of the highest forms of influence, and we intend to use each sphere of influence to bring others into salvation, new levels of healing, and diving deeper in intimacy with God.  

 

FOUNDER BACKGROUND: Yolande Johnson was born again at 15 years old in a small Christian camp in Kaslo, Canada. Her first ministry started at a small church through leading worship vocally when she was about 20 years old. Later, she started diligently learning piano and later acoustic guitar to be able to lead with an instrument.

 

As time has gone on, she has developed intimacy with Jesus and she has fallen in love with Him. He is truly her heart's greatest desire, her best friend, and the lover of her soul. He has made her whole. She is no longer a slave to sin, or bound to it. She doesn't yield to sin anymore. She feels the temptations of sin but she refuses to bow to them. Her allegiance is to one God, King Jesus. Through His lovingkindness, He's shown her that He has brought her out of wickedness and bondage. She wants nothing more than to see all of His children find the same freedom and love that she's found in authentic relationship with Him. He's her Savior, Lord, and King forever.

Through the commissioning of the Lord, she has decided to answer the calling He's placed on her life to minister the gospel in any form He calls her to minister in. Whether that means singing, preaching, teaching, discipling, discipling, traveling, or partnering with other ministries, she has said "yes" wholeheartedly.

Out of a place of surrender, the Lord has birthed "God's Goodness Ministry." When she thought God was cruel, harsh, and mean, God revealed to her that He was actually, just, kind, and good. God revealed that everything on earth is central to His goodness, which birthed the title of this ministry. God is truly good and let the whole earth know of God's goodness!
